Unlike many IT companies they are rail roaded in to using expensive commercial (implying a heavy fee) software who pass this cost on to their clients.

We on the other hand are unique, as we use industry recognised tools inconjunction with Open Source alternative tools so we can pass the savings through to your company giving you a quicker and more efficient solution.

How do we do it?

With our subscription based services, we implement a server on-site (free of charge of course). This server can consist of one (or more) of the following:

• Anti-Spam Email Proxy - Which scans all incomming mail then delivers it safely to your email servers.
• Support Ticket HelpDesk - Our customised HelpDesk support allows us to be instantly notified of a raised issue.
• Free Secondary Windows Domain Controller - A Linux alternative which provides redundancy for a Windows Domain. (Recommended to be used with a Windows Small Business Server) (Comming Soon)*

To start, we come in and perform a free evaluation and occasionally a penetration test to familiarise ourselves with your IT systems and see where they can be improved.

Subscription Based

With our subscription based service, there is a single monthly fee which covers all of our costs e.g. call out charges, time spent performing remote support and on-site support.

"Adhoc" Based

What is "Adhoc" I hear you cry?
Essentially if your company can't afford a full time IT Engineer nor a monthly subscription, Our Adhoc service offers you the chance to only pay for the time you use.

If there aren't any problems then there are no charges at all saving your company more!
